Dr. Miller is a graduate of UCLA's urology training program. He retired as Chief, Division of Urology from the VA Long Beach Healthcare System in 1996. His awards include Department of VA Certificate of Appreciation, and the VA special contribution award. He also has served as past presidents of the California Medical Association-Division of Urology, and the LBVAMC Physicians and Dentists Association. He has published numerous articles, and for 40 years has participated in much of the activity of the Urology Service at UCI. He currently provides general urology outpatient care services, supervising residents and medical students.
