Resident Education

In an effort to maximize the opportunity for all faculty and residents to regularly participate in scheduled conferences, the department has implemented a weekly resident education day, held each Friday from 7:00 - 10:00 a.m. The first hour is comprised of a Morbidity and Mortality Conference, the second hour consists of a Grand Rounds lecture, and the third hour features a Gynecology lecture, CREOG Review lecture, or Primary Care lecture. This format encourages global faculty interaction and maximum participation by faculty, residents, medical students, community physicians, and ancillary support staff. Additional teaching conferences are as follows:
